Technical Registration Authority
Technical certification authority applies to the timestamping device made available by the Prince's Governement.
Principle
Electronic timestamping is a trusted service used to certify that data in electronic format exist at a given point in time.
For the issue of timestamp certificates, the Digital Services Department acts as the Registration Authority for Offices Requesting Timestamp Certificates.

The purpose of these Terms of Use is to set out the terms and conditions for the issue and use of electronic timestamp certificates, as well as the respective commitments and obligations of the various parties involved.

Process for requesting, renewing and cancelling certificates
Applying for an electronic certificate
To apply for an electronic certificate, please complete the form below and send it to the following email address: identitenumerique@gouv.mc.
To apply for timestamp tokens, please contact the Technical Certification Authority via the following email address: identitenumerique@gouv.mc
Renewal
The electronic certificates are issued for a maximum of three (3) years.
The renewal procedure is identical to the initial application procedure (see above).
Cancellation
Possible reasons for cancellation are described in the Timestamping Policy, available above.
