How do I create my MConnect Profile?

To create your MConnect Profile, please authenticate yourself with the MConnect Mobile application or with your Monegasque identity or residence card on https://profil.mconnect.mc by choosing "Create or manage my profile", then follow these steps :

Why create my MConnect Profile?

Once you have created your MConnect Profile, you can :

our Monegasque identity card or residence permit contains electronic certificates that enable you to use MConnect services.

These electronic certificates:

• have a maximum lifespan of 3 years 

• have a lifetime limited to the expiry date of your card

If your card is valid for more than 3 years, you will need to renew your electronic certificates at an interactive terminal.

Thanks to your MConnect profile, you will be notified of the expiry of your certificates by the means of contact that you have defined (telephone and/or email), so that you can anticipate their renewal.

If your card is lost or stolen and you have activated your digital identity, you must revoke your electronic certificates in order to deactivate them.

This revocation in no way replaces the declaration of loss or theft to be made to the relevant police authorities.

You will be notified by email and/or SMS in the event of a major interruption to the MConnect service via the contact details provided on the MConnect Profile.
