The City Hall, the Police Department, the Business Development Agency, the Human Resources and Training Department, and the Digital Services Department have now been certified as trusted service providers by the Monaco Cyber Security Agency. This recognition follows an audit carried out by a conformity assessment body accredited by COFRAC (the French accreditation committee).

The ceremony at which the certificates were presented was held on Tuesday 13 September, with Patrice CELLARIO, Minister of the Interior and Chairman of the Trusted Services Oversight Committee, in attendance.

This certification highlights the work and commitment of these various departments in the process of creating and issuing electronic certificates, helping to strengthen users’ trust in everyday use of their digital identity.

Monegasque nationals and residents can use their digital identity to log into online services via MConnect and to sign digital documents electronically, increasing the security and speed of administrative procedures.
