Have you activated your digital identity?

You can now complete Monaco City Hall Civil Registry from the comfort of your own home and without having to show proof of identification by logging in to the Online Certificates Request service with MConnect from your smartphone or computer.

Furthermore, any Monegasque national who has activated their digital identity and logs in to the online service using MConnect can now receive the nationality and residence certificates they order by post.
