Privacy Policy
In accordance with the provisions applicable to the protection of personal data in the Principality, the information collected through the Site is processed by the Government of the Principality of Monaco and used by the Digital Services Directorate for the processing: " Management of the Government of Prince's websites ».
Purpose of processing
The processing allows the following features:
- Disseminate, through a set of websites, any information relating to the action of the Government or its services, diplomatic representations, administrative organisation, institutions, administrative procedures or communication operations of the Prince's Government
- Disseminate any useful information to the user concerning administrative procedures
- Disseminate press releases, administrative releases and news published by the Communication Department
- Disseminate organisation charts, contact information and points of contact
- Disseminate directories of administrative services, public and private organisations that have given their consent.
- Allow citizens to contact entities of the administration of the Prince's Government electronically, through contact forms, contributions, suggestions, and to make requests for information from the services concerned, requests for registration in activities proposed by the Prince's Government or requests for recall by State services.
- Collect and process user opinions and opinions through anonymous surveys
- Redirect users to online procedures and services independent of the Site
The treatment is justified by:
- The consent users when required (e.g. contact form, application form, newsletters, Chatbot) or for all features requiring a subscription (e.g. forums, private spaces)
- One public interest reason in accordance with the missions of the Digital Services Directorate provided for in Sovereign Ordinance No. 7.995 of March 12, 2020 establishing the Digital Services Directorate, and in particular the mission " ensure the overall consistency of the administration’s online landscape, including online services and websites »
- The realisation of a legitimate interest pursued by the Administration and in particular in order to enable it to promote and disseminate information or make available to Users electronic forms that can be downloaded against third parties, and provide means of contacting entities of the Administration by electronic means pursuant to Sovereign Ordinance No. 3.413 of August 29, 2011 on various measures relating to the relationship between the Administration and the citizens
Recipients of personal data
The information processed as part of the Site's functionalities is intended only for authorised personnel of the Administration services (Digital Services Department and Information Systems Department) as well as for the following recipients:
- To authorised personnel of the competent State Services in the context of certain functionalities (e.g. contact forms, newsletters, surveys/opinions/opinions, job offers and applications)
- To the authorised personnel of the service providers in charge of the integration and outsourcing of the Site (e.g., site development service provider as part of their maintenance and system scalability missions)
This information is not the subject of any communication for commercial or advertising purposes.

The sites of the Prince's Government collect data as follows:

The information is entered by the referent of the entity concerned or the DSN at the written request of the entity through the back office of contribution for a front office display of the site (organisation charts for example)

Exercise of the rights of data subjects
Certain information requested on the Site as part of certain Features is mandatory. If the mandatory information is not provided as part of the collection forms (information followed by *), the User will not be able to access the proposed functionalities concerned.
The information processed as part of the sites is intended for the Administration and is not the subject of any communication for commercial or advertising purposes.
In accordance with Articles 10 et seq. of the law no. 1.565 of 3 december 2024 on the protection of personal data, each person concerned by the processing carried out by the Administration has:
- One right of access (Article 12)
- One right of rectification (Article 13)
- One right of limitation (Article 15)
- One right of opposition, in cases where the processing carried out is based on the existence of a public interest ground or is necessary for the realisation of a legitimate interest (Article 17)
- One right of erasure (Article 14)
- One right to withdraw consent, in cases where the legal basis for the processing is consent (Article 6)
It is specified that where personal data are processed for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes, the data subject has the right to object, for reasons relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of his or her personal data, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task in the public interest by a legal person governed by private law who is entrusted with it or who is the concessionaire of a public service or who is subject to the exercise of public authority vested in the controller.
This processing is not the subject of a decision producing legal effects with regard to it or significantly affecting it, taken solely on the basis of automated processing, including profiling.

Any data subject may also contact the Data Protection Officer of the Prince's Government using this online contact form.
In accordance with Law No. 1.565 of December 3, 2024, the data subject exercising his rights may be asked to prove his identity, by providing a black and white copy of an identity document with a photo bearing the signature of the holder.
The copy of the ID is deleted once the application is closed.
The response shall be made within one month of receipt of the request, unless the request is complex or multiple.
Claim
If the person who has exercised his rights considers, after contacting the Administration, that his rights have not been respected, he may lodge a complaint with theData Protection Authority (APDP).

The cookies of hearing measures
These audience measurement or statistical cookies may be installed in order to improve the Site by establishing anonymised statistics, (e.g. according to the volume of attendance and use of the various elements composing the Site of the Administration, such as the sections and contents visited, routes) to improve its interest and ergonomics.
In the case of cookies filed by the Site, the statistics are anonymous.
The technical data is hosted in the Principality of Monaco.
The cookies of audience measurements deposited on the user's terminal make it possible to produce anonymous statistics. Indeed, the IP address of the user is anonymised to the last 2 bytes.
Since the statistical data produced is anonymous, the filing of these cookies does not require the collection of your consent
